Full Stack Engineer - Our Company At Quantum, we connect global brands with high-intent consumers.We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity.Our Mission is clear, to help smarter, faster buying decisions.Our vision, to be the world's most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions.We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one.Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale.With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge.We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors.We've helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.The RoleOur Technology team is growingWe're looking for Full Stack Engineers to help rapidly grow our technology platform to deliver our ambitious business growth.In this role you will take ownership of both front-end and back-end systems, driving high-quality development and delivering technical solutions across the product lifecycle.While your primary focus will be coding and architecture design, you will also guide other developers, making technical decisions, and ensuring best practices are followed.You are both a hands-on individual contributor and a technical evangelist, collaborating closely with teams to build scalable, efficient, and robust applications using modern frameworks and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesLead by example as a hands-on developer, contributing to both front-end and back-end codebases.Define architecture and system design for web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to turn designs into functional, intuitive interfaces.About YouStrong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs or microservices.Proficiency in working with both SQL (Postgre SQL, My SQL) or No SQL (Mongo DB) databases.CI/CD & Dev Ops: Experience with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Circle CI, Git Lab CI) and familiarity with containerisation tools like Docker.You thrive when working as part of a teamComfortable in a fast-paced environmentHave excellent written and verbal English skillsLast but not least, you'll have no egoWhat You'll GetCompany Bonus SchemeHybrid Working (3 days in office)Private Health Care (Bupa)Travel InsuranceMarket Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)Regular Happy Hour / Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
