At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company.We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics.SoftBank is a globally recognized technology group and investor/operator focused on AI, robotics, and next-generation computing.By joining us now, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will assume full responsibility for financial oversight and strategic financial management across for Robotics in Italy.Acting as a key business partner to operational and functional leaders, this role ensures robust financial control, drives performance, and enhances financial decision-making at a regional level.- Work model: #LI-HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Financial Compliance & Governance: Ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, local statutory reporting, tax regulations, VAT, and internal controls; serving as the authorized signatory for statutory filings.Accounting & Reporting Oversight: Leading financial accounting, reporting and controlling functions for the legal entity in the countryCompliance with statutory requirements, including statutory filings, tax returns, VAT, and other regulatory obligationsManaging audits, including relationships with external auditors to deliver accurate and timely statutory reporting.Establish and maintain local (finance) governance frameworks aligned with local and global regulations including assurance and internal controls.Treasury & Cash Flow Management: monitoring and managing cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships to maintain financial stability and efficiency.Strategic Business Partnering: business partnering with management of the country to optimize financial performance and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.Qualifications for the RoleBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, ACA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred).5+ years of experience in financial controlling, business finance, or regional finance management in a multinational or B2B industrial setting.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), financial analytics tools, and Excel.Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Join us.Be part of the team where progress happens, industries transform, and your work shapes the world.Run What Runs the World.We value people from different backgrounds.Could this be your story?Apply today or visit to read more about us and learn about the impact of our solutions across the globe.#J-*****-Ljbffr
