Requisition ID: *****Beko Europe is a leading home appliances business, dedicated to changing the lives of our customers through a wide range of innovative and sustainable household products and solutions.It was established in **** as a result of an agreement between Arçelik and Whirlpool, with Arçelik owning 75 percent of the company and Whirlpool owning 25 percent.It benefits from more than 60 years of leadership, innovation and expertise in the home appliance sector.With more than 20,000 employees, Beko Europe has 69 subsidiaries and 11 production sites across Europe, which are located in Cassinetta, Melano, Comunanza, and Siena in Italy, Wroclaw, Radomsko, and Lodz in Poland, Poprad in Slovakia, Yate in the UK, and Ulmi and Gaesti in Romania, with a production capacity of approximately 24 million white goods products per year.The team you will be a part ofProduct Marketing Team, reporting to the Manager - Product Marketing MDAThis role in summaryWe are looking for a Product Marketing Lead for the Dishwashing category operating within the Italy Market to lead the category strategy and performance, acting as the key business owner responsible for defining the product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring market competitiveness, in collaboration with the Trade, Communication, and Supply Chain teams.You will also manage and coach a junior team member, fostering development and alignment with business objectives.Your responsibilities will includeLead the Dishwashing category within the Home Appliances portfolio, acting as the key reference for product strategy, performance, and roadmap.Manage and develop a direct report, ensuring alignment on category objectives and fostering professional growthEnsure the optimal product range and mix are in line with market needs in terms of price positioning, technical features, and design (defining features, building product roadmap, product strategy)Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer needs and define product development plans (short- and long-term).Provide product requirement input to HQ/Regional Product Management, ensuring alignment with global strategies.Perform market price analysis and contribute to selling price definition and margin optimization.Support sales forecasts to guarantee product availability and successful new product launch ramp-ups.Ensure all products comply with legal and safety requirements (user manuals, safety standards/certifications, product information).Develop product information and training tools to support sales and marketing teams.Create and implement promotional activities and launch plans for the Dishwashing category to strengthen market positioningMinimum requirementsMaster Degree in Marketing, Economics or related fieldsItalian, EnglishOffice applications & any IT/digital toolPreferred skills and experiences4-5 years of work experience in Product, Category or Trade Marketing from White Goods or similar sectors.Office applications & any IT/digital toolPreferable experience in product management (headquarter & subsidiary)We are an equal opportunity employer.All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, sex, colour, national or social origin, ethnicity, religion, age, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status or political opinion.For more information about us look ator follow us on LinkedIn.Looking for new opportunity?Review our career page here.
