Overview RE : LAB is a design and innovation company specialized in shaping the interaction between people and complex technologies.Since ****, we have been working on products and systems used daily across the automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors.Our goal is to make advanced technology understandable, safe, and natural to use.We don't just design interfaces.We design experiences that bring together design, engineering, human factors, and artificial intelligence.Our multidisciplinary team tackles real-world challenges in highly complex contexts, where quality and reliability are essential.We partner with global companies when user experience is not a detail, but a critical factor for a product's success—when adoption, safety, and user trust truly make the difference.At RE : LAB, we believe technology should feel human.This belief guides the way we work, the design decisions we make, and the relationships we build every day.Designing human experiences for complex technologies.To strengthen our R&D team, we are looking for a Research & Innovation Project Officer to support funding-related activities and the management of research and innovation projects.The role focuses on contributing to the preparation of European and international research proposals and supporting the coordination and operational management of funded projects, working closely with technical teams and external partners.Key responsibilities include supporting the preparation and writing of research and innovation proposals, with a focus on European funding programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe).Contributing to the definition of project concepts, objectives, work plans, and impact sections in collaboration with technical and scientific teams.Coordinating inputs from internal teams and external partners during proposal preparation.Supporting the management of funded R&D projects, including planning, monitoring of activities, and alignment with contractual requirements.Contributing to the preparation of project documentation, reports, and deliverables required by funding bodies.Acting as an interface between technical teams, project partners, and funding programme requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation and writing of research and innovation proposals, with a focus on European funding programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe).Contribute to the definition of project concepts, objectives, work plans, and impact sections in collaboration with technical and scientific teams.Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external partners during proposal preparation.Support the management of funded R&D projects, including planning, monitoring of activities, and alignment with contractual requirements.Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, and deliverables required by funding bodies.Act as an interface between technical teams, project partners, and funding programme requirements.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Management, Economics, European Studies, or related fields.Experience or strong interest in research and innovation funding programmes, particularly at European level.Proven ability or strong aptitude for technical and proposal writing in English.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and international partners.Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.Additional DetailsSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.Location: Based in Reggio Emilia.#J-*****-Ljbffr
