Join to apply for thePurchasing & Procurement Expertrole atArvatoIn quanto Purchasing & Procurement Expert entrerai a far parte del team Purchasing presso la nostra sede di Grassobbio (BG) e avrai un ruolo chiave nella gestione e nello sviluppo dei processi di acquisto e procurement occupandoti sia della parte operativa degli acquisti sia delle attività di procurement strategico, in stretta collaborazione con i team locali e internazionali.Ti unirai a un team giovane e dinamico, in un contesto aziendale in forte sviluppo e ad ampio respiro internazionale, leader nel settore eCommerce.ResponsibilitiesGestirai l'intero processo end-to-end del ciclo acquisiti (forniture, trasporti, building, manutenzione, spare parts, etc.);Raccoglierai i requirements e ti occuperai delle attività di scouting fornitori e apertura tender, comparazione offerte e monitoraggio del budget;Gestirai la negoziazione dei contratti e le condizioni economiche con provider esterni, garantendo compliance e qualità;Svilupperai e monitorerai le strategie di procurement e purchasing e le performance dei fornitori, al fine di ottimizzare costi e qualità delle forniture;Condurrai attività di procurement strategico (es. verifica affidabilità dei fornitori, scheduling, compliance, etc.);Implementerai e gestirai la documentazione completa (redazione di procedure e policy, stesura e aggiornamento e contratti in collaborazione con il team Legal, gestione certificazioni e audit legati agli acquisti e ai fornitori);Gestirai e implementerai i sistemi di monitoraggio dei processi di acquisto e svilupperai le relative metriche e KPI per il controllo delle attività di purchasing;Gestirai la reportistica interna e di Gruppo;Supporterai il team di cost controlling e ti occuperai della mappatura delle categorie merceologiche nei sistemi di Gruppo;Seguirai le attività di ottimizzazione dei processi e degli strumenti per l'efficientamento degli acquisti;Contribuirai a progetti di sostenibilità in area acquisti e procurement (riduzione consumi, fornitori green);Collaborerai in maniera trasversale con HSE e HR.QualificationsLaurea in discipline economiche o affini (ingegneria, supply chain management, purchasing);Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi (purchasing/procurement) in realtà strutturate;Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese (almeno C1);Competenze avanzate in Excel e gradita conoscenza del gestionale SAP;Conoscenza delle logiche di procurement e gestione fornitori;Ottime capacità negoziali, relazionali e di analisi;Attitudine a lavorare in team e a stretto contatto con diverse funzioni aziendali;Proattività, flessibilità e orientamento al risultato;Disponibilità a trasferte presso le altre sedi Arvato, in Italia e all'estero;Completano il profilo mentalità aperta, proattività e discrezionalità e capacità di operare in un contesto in costruzione.BenefitsContratto a tempo indeterminato;Ambiente lavorativo stimolante, informale e flessibile;Modalità di lavoro ibrida;Periodiche attività di Team building;Incentivazione al dialogo;Programmi di Exchange con altre sedi all'estero;Training per soft e hard skills.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionPurchasing and Supply ChainIndustriesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and StorageReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Arvato by 2xGet notified about new Purchase Specialist jobs inMorengo, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
