Location: Naples, Campania, Italy Job ID: R******* Date Posted:**********Company Name:Hitachi Rail S.p.A.Profession (Job Category):OtherJob Schedule:Full timeRemote:NoAbout UsA career at Hitachi Rail will help create a legacy.With operations in every corner of the world, our work goes to the cutting-edge of digital transformation and technology.From the multi-cultural strength of our global organisation to the sustainable and innovative ways we work to bring people together, there's something for everyone to get stuck into.And that's where you come in.Job DescriptionHitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Business Performance Management Support who thrives in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.The position is based in Naples - ITMissionThe resource will be part of the Business Performance Management team and will be responsible for:Planning and managing the progress of work related to subcontracts and subcontractors.Ensuring the scheduling of technical specifications and the issuance of purchase requests.Monitoring and finalising investment requests by analysing and aggregating needs.Planning tools and equipment, ensuring the issuance of purchase requests for depot supply needs and monitoring correct processes.Cost Center (CDC) planning – analysing cost item needs for each CDC, planning related budgets, rolling analysis, and managing re-classifications.Planning and managing Service & Maintenance workload.Periodic headcount analysis, correlating it with the operational needs of the Lines of Business (LOBs), to define an aggregated recruitment and/or resource allocation plan.Sharing with S&M functions the target values of the entity's KPIs (hourly rate, dispersion, absenteeism, workload, controllable costs, investment progress, etc.) to ensure monitoring and mitigation actions in case of deviations.Defining update reports for corporate, ensuring their management and updating.Monitoring invoicing to the Client for contractual fees, supporting the formulation of goods receipt requests and correlating them with the progress of fees to suppliers.Supporting LOBs / Functions in identifying key operational and/or process issues, defining resolution plans and related monitoring.Required SkillsProven experience in managing multinational operations and intercultural teams.Experience in railway projects and maintenance planning.Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.Familiarity with SAP.Budget management and cost planning skills.Education/QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Economics, or a Technical Diploma.LanguagesFluency in Italian and English is required.EEO StatementAt Hitachi Rail, there is a place for everyone.We welcome and value differences in background, age, gender, sexuality, family status, disability, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, and world view.It is our commitment to create an inclusive environment – we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Follow UsWe would be delighted if you would be one of our followers at ApplyThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.If your application is of interest, we will be in contact.Please do not hesitate to discover more about us and our latest jobs at #LI-DC1#J-*****-Ljbffr
