PRIMARY FUNCTION Ensure the elicitation and the proper addressing of vehicle functional requirements by applying Requirements Engineering & MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) principles to guarantee robust systems design, integration and optimization phasesESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Understand stakeholder requirements Analyze, decompose and detail all activities required to satisfy a given program content Realize Functional Requirements Engineering roll-out applying Systems Engineering principles Realize Functional Analysis via MBSE methodologies and modeling (Sys ML) Functional requirements elicitation and allocation Functional requirements database management Ensure a consistent approach to logical development toward stakeholder requirements Harmonize during the development phase technical solutions with stakeholder requirements Ensure support to the internal program activities Perform/analyze functional benchmarking Implement guidelines, share lessons learned and best practices across programs Act across internal program stakeholders (Homologation/Regulation, PTF, Manufacturing, Service, Quality...), Development Teams (e.g. E/E system & component development team), Vehicle Integration Responsible, Chief Engineers (E.g.
