Sales Associate - Messika Location: VeniceWho are we?Messika, a prestigious High Jewelry brand founded by Valerie Messika in ****, has revolutionized diamond jewelry by crafting pieces that captivate and inspire.As an heir to her father André Messika's diamond legacy, Valerie has combined tradition with modern luxury.We are now seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team our Venice team and represent the Messika spirit.The Goal As a Sales Associate, you will embody Valerie Messika's passion and creativity for diamonds and jewelry design.Your key responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships, expanding upon the client's personal collection, and serving as a brand ambassador for Messika.You will consistently exceed client expectations and achieve your sales targets, while your entrepreneurial spirit is vital to the success of this role.What you do ?Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, exceeding their expectations, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of jewelry products and styling.Present the Messika brand in accordance with the brand's image.Suggest jewelry based on the client's personal style and needs.Master and guarantee the sales techniques of the Maison and the Selling Ceremony while respecting the values of the Maison and its internal practices.Convey Messika jewelry by staying true to the Maison's history and spirit.Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the Boutique's targets.Be attentive to the customer's expectations and act accordingly.Be proactive with client outreach and demonstrate strong follow-up skills.Ensure client deliveries are prepared and organized.Receive and monitor client product exchanges and repairs.Operate the sales system by updating and monitoring sales records and the client database.Work with the Boutique Manager on developing new sales techniques.Ensure that being a Messika ambassador means representing the brand even outside the boutique, always seeking opportunities to bring in new clientele.Additional ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Boutique Manager in managing the boutique's inventory, product replenishment, and storage.Maintain an effective quality control process.Offer clients meticulous and sophisticated packaging.Ensure the boutique is always presentable and welcoming, assisting with its maintenance and upkeep.Job Profile Experience: A first experience in retail, ideally in fine jewelry or luxury environments.Skills Required:Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure environment.Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for learning.Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.Passion for the brand and a selling environment.Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning.Additional language skills are a plus.Passionate about luxury.Knowledge of competing houses' collections and the latest trends.Understanding and application of stock management procedures.
