Creation of tailor made itineraries for luxury, experiential travel in Southern Italy for travel agents, direct clients and partner DMCs.Clients are English-speaking, principally from North America and Australia.ResponsibilitiesItinerary design involving experiences and accommodation using our management softwareExcel pricing of individual trips including application of margins, exchange rates and agency commissionDetailed, professional and efficient correspondence (phone & email) with clientsPro-active follow-ups with dormant enquiries using our CRM (direct clients, agents & tour operators)Assignment of all additional operational details to the Operations & Booking DepartmentCoordination of client documents with agentsCoordination with Admin department for client invoices and paymentsSecondary ResponsibilitiesManagement of client feedbackCreation of new experiences and product developmentRequired SkillsGreat Knowledge of Puglia region in its geography, logistics and players of the high-end tourist industryFluency in both written and spoken English (C1 level)Full expertise of Office softwares (Word, Excel, Power Point)Problem-solving and pro-active attitudeAbility to work and perform under pressureFor the months of May, June, Sept & Oct: to be available at the office everyday Mon-FriFor all other months: to be available at the office, 4 days per month to work from home/remotelyThe above criteria will remain flexible and subject to changed based on work volumes.Criteria will be discussed each semester, along with a performance review.HolidaysHolidays are encouraged in the months of July, August, Nov and Dec and all statutory leave must be taken in the appropriate year.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesTravel Arrangements#J-*****-Ljbffr
