Expediting specialist Jr – Ambito termodinamica – Energy Storage – Progetti InnovativiTalenty.green, agenzia di head hunting specializzata nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, ricerca un nuovo Expediting Specialist Jr con esperienza di 2+ anni:Dettagli dell'offerta:Azienda: azienda internazionale in forte crescita con tecnologia rivoluzionaria nell'energy storage, tra le migliori 100 al mondo per l'innovazione sostenibile.Posizione: Expediting Specialist Jr – ambito termodinamica.Determinato: Contratto indeterminato CCNL metalmeccanico.Location: Milano (zona Bovisa).SL: *****k (in base all'esperienza).Stock option con LTI di 4 anni, piano di welfare e buoni pasto.Responsabilità principali:Coordinarsi e fare follow-up con i fornitori, monitorare le date di consegna e le prestazioni all'interno del progetto.Evidenziare scostamenti negativi con comunicazioni dedicate, indicando la tipologia del problema, impatti previsti e interventi di recupero da mettere in atto e/o già concordati con il fornitore.Richiedere al fornitore informazioni (pesi e volumi, packing list preliminari, disegni di trasporto) in anticipo rispetto alla data contrattuale e verificarne l'attendibilità.Redigere ed aggiornare il reporting settimanale sulle metriche di acquisto rilevanti e sullo stato di avanzamento del progetto.Requisiti:Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in un ruolo di expediting.Capacità di gestire contratti per la fornitura di impianti complessi.Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1 o superiore).Motivazione dell'inserimento: aumento dei progetti e crescita del team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
