Stiamo cercando un R&D Engineer di livello medio per supportare il nostro team e contribuire in modo attivo allo sviluppo e alla gestione di progetti di ricerca e sviluppo, in particolare nei seguenti ambiti:- Remote sensing- Fisica dell'atmosfera- Simulazioni per applicazioni spazialiIl ruolo ha un focus principale sullo sviluppo algoritmico e software R&D, con applicazioni in ambito remote sensing e analisi di immagini.COSA FARAI- Svilupperai algoritmi e software in ambito R&D- Parteciperai a progetti di ricerca internazionali- Prenderai parte a meeting tecnici e interagirai con partner e stakeholder- Redigerai documentazione tecnica e di progetto in lingua inglese- Gestirai in modo semi-autonomo uno o più progetti assegnatiOBIETTIVI NEI PRIMI 6 MESI:- Acquisire piena padronanza di almeno un progetto R&D- Inserirti efficacemente nei flussi di lavoro del team- Contribuire in modo concreto allo sviluppo software e alla documentazioneESPERIENZA- 3–5 anni di esperienza in ambito R&D, ricerca industriale o contesti affiniFORMAZIONE- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria, Matematica, Fisica o Informatica- PhD in discipline scientifiche considerato un plusCOMPETENZE TECNICHE- Ottima conoscenza di Python- Conoscenze di Intelligenza Artificiale a livello accademico- Progettazione e implementazione di algoritmi- Buona conoscenza di Linux o Windows- Utilizzo di sistemi di versionamento del codice (es. Git)- Capacità di redigere documentazione tecnica in ingleseNICE TO HAVE- MATLAB / Simulink- OpenCV o framework per l'analisi delle immagini- Algoritmi di Computer Vision- Deep Learning- Formati geospaziali- Framework AI e deployment su edge- Virtualizzazione e KubernetesSOFT SKILLS- Pensiero analitico- Problem-solving- Attitudine collaborativa- Interesse per l'apprendimento continuoLINGUE E MOBILITA'- Inglese livello B2 (scritto e parlato)- Disponibilità a trasferte occasionaliMODALITA' DI LAVORO E CONTRATTO- Contratto a tempo indeterminato- CCNL Metalmeccanico- Buoni pasto- Modalità di lavoro ibrida- Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienzaCRESCITAPercorso di crescita orientato all'aumento di autonomia e responsabilità tecnica, con possibilità di diventare riferimento su specifici ambiti R&D.
