Delivery Project Manager - Milanat Sungrow Europe We are seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to coordinate the execution of PV/ESS projects in Italy, ensuring that supply, logistics, testing, and commissioning activities run smoothly.ResponsibilitiesSupport coordination of internal resources and external partners/vendors for the execution of PV/ESS projects.Manage the entire project life cycle from supply chain to commissioning.Assist in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Help develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.Monitor project progress and update project plans together with the senior team.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including handover certification.Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties/vendors, and Sungrow teams.QualificationsEducational background in engineering, management, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, or the renewable sector (internship, thesis, or junior role also considered).Good technical curiosity and willingness to learn about the renewable energy market.Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Fluent in English; Italian mandatory (Spanish or Chinese are a plus).Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).BenefitsBonus payments based on agreed Smart KPIs.Multinational team with extensive European and trans-European exchange.Opportunities for technical and commercial knowledge enhancement in areas such as string inverters, central inverters, inverter stations, transformer and switch gear, and storage solutions.Technical and commercial training at Sungrow headquarters in Germany and visits to the R&D facility in China.About SungrowSungrow is a green-tech company dedicated to the research and development of solar inverters and energy storage systems.Founded in ****, it has a strong global presence and a mission of "Clean Power for All".With more than 870 GW of clean power installed worldwide, Sungrow continues to innovate in PV, floating PV, NEV driving, EV charging, and renewable hydrogen production.#J-*****-Ljbffr
