Renco S.p.A. is a leading international engineering and construction company with over 40 years' experience worldwide.We deliver innovative, sustainable solutions, prioritizing collaboration, technology, and a diverse, inclusive workplace.For the Construction of Temporary facility buildings in Afungi Peninsula, Mozambique we are looking for a Senior Site Project Manager.DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIESLead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.In detail :Supervise the engineering activities and the elaboration of project's technical documentsBe responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering the define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection and quality control.Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant star-up, and turnover to the client.REQUIRED COMPETENCES- Capacity to work independently and organize resources;- leadership and resources management;- knowledge and practice of IT programs;- Problem-solving attitude;- Professional knowledge in English language.QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 15 years of overall experience - of which minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project manager in Building Works/ civil construction projects (50+million usd contract value) in remote areas and multicultural environments.Experience in mozambique will be a preferencial title.- Skilled in management of engineering activities and technical documents;- Knowledge of contract law with regards to construction projects;- Degree in Engineering.LOCATIONPalma (Afungi Camp) Mozambique - shift *****
