About TranslatedTranslated is a leading company in AI-enabled translation services.We are on a mission to allow everyone to understand and be understood in their own language.Our success stems from a unique blend of the world's #1 adaptive neural machine translation technology (IDC MarketScape ****), the largest network of vetted, native-speaking professional translators, and top-ranked AI-enabled text, audio, and video translation tools (Gartner, ****).By leveraging a seamless symbiosis of artificial intelligence and human creativity, we design custom localization projects that were previously unthinkable, helping more than 280,000 clients grow their businesses worldwide.We are looking for a Localization Vendor & Resource Manager.As a Localization Vendor & Resource Manager you will play a key role in expanding, qualifying, and optimizing our network of language professionals across all service types (translation, DTP, AI annotation, copywriting, interpreting, etc.).You will be responsible for ensuring that our resource database remains robust, diversified, and aligned with current and forecasted production needs, leveraging data-driven strategies to achieve measurable recruitment and qualification goals.ResponsibilitiesTalent acquisition and database expansion: Continuously source, evaluate, and recruit professionals across multiple domains to strengthen our supply network, using targeted and innovative sourcing strategies.Qualification and ranking: Assess and rank professionals through data-driven processes to improve matching accuracy and responsiveness to project needs.Database management: Maintain a high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date database of linguists and specialized contributors, ensuring complete and standardized profiles.Data analysis and forecasting: Monitor trends, forecast language and service needs, and identify talent gaps across verticals, markets, and service types.Cost and coverage management: Align recruitment efforts with business needs, optimizing the cost per qualified resource and ensuring operational coverage above target thresholds.Collaboration and alignment: Work closely with Project Managers,
