Join to apply for the Distribution Control Manager role at FendiPosition The position is based in Rome.Reporting to the Worldwide Management Control Director, the Distribution Control Manager is responsible for supervising the financial analysis and reporting of all retail, wholesale and license activities worldwide.It includes P&L analysis, Capex reporting, inventory and financial performance KPIs.He/she, acting as a real Business partner, contributes to the objective setting of Distribution entities and structures adequate reporting tools, working with other Central departments and the Regions.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and publish on a timely manner monthly financial analysis of Retail, Wholesale and Licenses activities.It includes:Assure that deadlines of month-end and year-end closing are matched by Distribution EntitiesMonitor Retail Performance and Profitability, proactively propose action plan to improve Retail & Financial KPIsFocus on cost variance and margin analysisPrepare and present results to company executives together with a comprehensive commentary and understanding of the performanceAnalyse P&L, inventory, margin, cash flow and CapexRelate directly to LVMH for Sales & Capex reportingCoordinate and manage the preparation of the budget and the other financial forecasts processes, including:Design and oversee the execution of all forecast phases within its perimeterContribute in rule and target settingsProvide analysis and findingsSupport the Company executives in the construction of Budget Presentation to LVMHLead the Capex request towards LVMH, for all store and retail related investmentsEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.It includes:Supervision and definition of Sales, Profit and Capex reportingPropose and implement proactively enhancements to existing analysis to adapt to business reality and evolutions/opportunitiesCost optimization opportunities and efficiency through analysis of various retail performance KPIsParticipate and contribute to the Open To Buy process in coordination with Supply Chain and MerchandisingBe a key partner of IT departments bringing Innovation and Efficiency in all finance related developments and implementations.Validate KPIs and methodology in placeCollaborate with and be seen as a genuine business partner by department heads that set the platform for a true understanding of business processesAdditional controller duties as necessaryProfileThe ideal candidate has an experience of at least 8 years in a similar position, preferably in a fashion/luxury company.Other Skills RequiredAdvanced Excel and Power Point knowledgeKnowledge of Power BIExperience with corporate ERP and reporting systemsThrough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processKnowledge of SAPFluency in English; French is a plusPrecision, strong commitment and high energyProject management expertiseAbility to team-work under pressureAbility to deal with different deadlines, ad-hoc requests and prioritize the different tasksAdditional InformationIn this role, the candidate will work closely with counterparts in all the Zones and in the Headquarter.They will build and maintain a strong work relationship with controllers of the Subsidiaries around the World as well as with the Top Management.International travel might be required on an ad-hoc basis.LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person's singularities.We recognize and recruit all types of talent.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting / Auditing and FinanceIndustriesRetail Luxury Goods and Jewelry#J-*****-Ljbffr
