OverIT is a global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with a strong presence in North America and Europe.We empower organizations in the power, utility, telco, and transportation industries to manage their mission-critical infrastructures efficiently and safely through cutting-edge Field Service Management software solutions.At OverIT, we leverage advanced technologies like ML (Machine Learning), AR (Augmented Reality), IoT (Internet of Things), and GIS (Geographic Information System) to help ensure the infrastructures essential to our daily lives are always on.If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join usThe roleAs a Strategy & Transformation Analyst, you will work directly with the central Strategy team and interact with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leadership.You will be exposed to real decision-making processes, commercial trade-offs, and data-driven execution typical of consulting and private-equity environments.This is not a support role: you will be expected to think, analyze, and deliver.What you'll doSupport strategic transformation initiatives, contributing to project design, analytical workstreams, and executionSupport the definition and execution of commercial and Go-to-Market strategies, including market, customer, pricing, and competitive analyses across geographies and segmentsContribute to sales forecasting, pipeline generation, and coverage analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Partner channelsSupport mid- and long-term business planning, including strategic target setting and performance tracking by geography, product, and customer segmentSupport the preparation and execution of corporate extraordinary transactions (e.g., M&A, strategic partnerships)Prepare executive-level materials and analyses for leadership reviews, operative meetings, and strategic decision-makingWhat you'll needRecent graduate from top universities in Economics, Business, Management Engineering or similar fieldsStrong interest in strategy, management consulting, and private-equity-driven value creationExcellent analytical skills and structured thinking mindsetStrong command of Excel and PowerPoint (comfortable working with data, models, and executive slides)Solid understanding of business and financial concepts (pipeline, revenue, pricing, margins), or strong motivation to develop it quicklyCuriosity for technology, software, and SaaS business modelsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, adapting the message to senior audiencesHigh attention to detail and strong ownership of deliverablesProactive, hands-on attitude and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsFluent in English and ItalianInternational mindset and ability to work cross-functionallyNice to haveUp to 1 year of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar analytical rolesWhat we offerOverIT is a unique transformation project in the SaaS space arena, full of ambition to scale and grow globally.International culture and environment with the opportunity to partner with an outstanding group of people and professionals who joined the company to scale and succeedA career-defining opportunity with full exposure to two leading private equity firms#J-*****-Ljbffr
