Sales Associate – BurberryAbout the RoleAt Burberry, we believe creativity opens spaces.Our purpose is to unlock the power of imagination to push boundaries and open new possibilities for our people, our customers and our communities.This core belief guides us in everything we do.We provide an environment where creative minds from diverse backgrounds can thrive.As a values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good, creating sustainable luxury and championing the communities we serve.Job PurposeTo meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while executing key strategies of retail-led growth, leveraging the franchise, operational excellence and full-department category development.Deliver the Burberry Experience in every interaction, develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.ResponsibilitiesSales & ServiceEmbrace the Burberry Experience and follow training guidelines and standards.Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting the Burberry Behaviours.Provide excellent customer service and engaging selling skills.Demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication talent.CultivateBuild customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through.Maintain an up-to-date detailed client book.Follow all Cultivate requirements, including courtesy emails, reactivation, and capture compliance.Visual StandardsApply company policies, procedures, and visual techniques to maintain brand standards.Maintain the selling floor, including:Understand and execute monthly floorsets.Place and/or hang back items as you work.Replenish merchandise after sales.Fold and place merchandise correctly on hangers, using tissue paper.Place tickets inside items and keep them out of customer view.Floor Presence & MaintenanceArrive on the selling floor ready at the beginning of shift.Ensure the selling floor is replenished and prepared for the next day at shift end.Be active and busy on the floor all day.Keep fitting rooms clean and maintained.Back of the House SupportAssist in the markdown process.Assist in the bi-annual inventory process.Participate in pre-sale goals and store contests.Maintain and organize the stock room.Ensure stock pulled is put away orderly.Personal ProfileWilling to work in and promote a team-oriented environment.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Positive attitude and responsibility for own actions.Results-driven and flexible to change.Interest in Fashion/Design.Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.Minimum 1 year on sales, preferably in luxury retail.Proven experience driving sales and meeting targets.Strong clienteling background.Excellent customer service level.Measures of SuccessFinancial Targets: individual and store sales goals, UPT, ATV, client development.Excellent customer service as reflected in Burberry Experience Evaluations.Capture compliance.Burberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and treats all applications equally, recruiting purely on the basis of skills and experience.Job DetailsSeniority Level: Entry levelEmployment Type: ContractJob Function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustry: Retail Apparel and Fashion, RetailLocationSerravalle Scrivia, Piedmont, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
