OverviewRole:FP&A Manager (AI-Native Finance)Location:Fully remote (EMEA timezone)Start date:ASAPLanguage:Fluent EnglishIndustry:Cloud Computing / AI / European Deep-Tech SaaSWe are recruiting anFP&A Managerto join our team and contribute to astrategic finance transformation project for one of our clients, a European deep-tech company operating in cloud computing and AI.The mission consists ofdesigning and implementing an AI-native FP&A functionto support a complex,multi-entity, international organizationwith multiple business models (SaaS, infrastructure, asset-intensive operations).This is aproject-based engagement, with high exposure to the client\'s executive leadership and strong impact on decision-making, forecasting and capital allocation.About The RoleReporting directly to the CFO, theFP&A Managerwillbuild the FP&A function from scratchand act as astrategic business partnerto senior leadership.This role is forward-looking, highly analytical, and decision-oriented.Strong, proven experience implementing AI in FP&A workflows is mandatory.The objective is to design anAI-augmented planning and analysis function, not to maintain manual or spreadsheet-heavy processes.ResponsibilitiesOwn budgeting, rolling forecasts and performance management across business unitsBuild driver-based financial models, scenario analysis and decision-support frameworksLead monthly performance reviews and translate financial data into actionable insightsSupport strategic decisions (pricing, investments, capex, growth initiatives)Implement and scale FP&A tooling (NetSuite planning, Adaptive, Planful, etc.)Drive AI adoption in FP&A (predictive forecasting, automated variance analysis, scenario modeling)Partner closely with the Group Financial Controller to reconcile actuals vs forecastSupport board and investor materials with forward-looking analysisQualifications6–10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or corporate financeProven experience building FP&A processes from the ground upStrong exposure to multi-entity, international environmentsBackground in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or deep-tech companiesNetSuite experience is a must-haveMandatory hands-on experience implementing AI tools in FP&A workflowsStrong financial modeling skills and business partnering mindsetExperience with FP&A platforms and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsWhat We OfferStrategic role at the core of a European AI & cloud deep-tech companyHigh ownership and autonomy to build an AI-native FP&A functionDirect exposure to CFO, leadership team and investorsFully remote setup (EMEA) with limited travel ******%)#J-*****-Ljbffr
