At Wolford, we lead the market with exceptional European skin wear.We believe that the future of fashion is about substance.We are on a mission to drive progress through empowerment & liberation.Sparking an united journey with passion and an entrepreneurial mind set.We are committed to a better tomorrow, an open world.Embracing uniqueness and welcoming diversity.Born in Austria, at home in the world.People willing to promote Wolfords success are our most valuable capital.To strengthen our team in the IT & Digital department at our office in Milan, we are looking for a committed and motivated person to join the Wolford team as soon as possible asIT ERP Finance & HR Specialist (f/m/d)Your Tasks:Coordinate with the current legacy platform Matter Experts to migrate to SAPSupport the business in the Finance and HR processesProvide 2nd level support for SAP technical issuesIdentify gaps and document the working proceduresPreparing training session for the business stakeholders involved in the ERP and HR toolsUnderstanding strategic business drivers and gather the requirements for the IT Business Application Road Map execution/planningYour Profile:You have a university degree in computer engineering, business administration or relevant experience in a similar technology-oriented positionYou have previous knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP in the Finance partPrevious experience in migration projects to SAP would be a big plusYou have knowledge of International/Cross border Finance topics, preferable with Fashion related experiencesKnowledge of HR processes and/or previous experience in HR platform implementation is an advantageKnowledge of ITIL and Agile approach to support and project managing requirements engineering would also be an advantageVery good knowledge of English written and spoken.Good knowledge of the German language is an advantageWhat we offer:A dynamic, international company and pioneer in the field of quality and circular economy (C2C)Flexible working hours, home office 2 days/weekAn environment that is moving to the leading technologies within the Fashion industryDiscount for all employees on Wolford products and merchandiseJoin the World of Wolford.We look forward to receiving your application
