Production Designer, Devices Brand Studio Amazon Devices is looking for a Production Designer to join the Brand Studio team.Brand Studio helps bring new device offerings to market—products, services, brands, and categories—by creating digital assets that engage and attract customers on Amazon.com and in Retail Stores.In this role, you will create digital assets for Amazon.com, working closely with a global team of visual designers, creative and art directors, writers, and production partners.Your primary focus will be scaling design deliverables in a visually compelling and effective way for both internal and external stakeholders.You will collaborate with product and marketing teams, as well as the larger creative team, to bring ideas to life that drive new business.The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in production design, demonstrates proficiency with templates and brand guidelines, and is experienced in delivering large-scale digital campaigns.You must thrive in an iterative environment, accept feedback constructively, and balance speed with precision.Strong organizational skills, web expertise, typography, and acute attention to detail are essential.We're looking for a designer who blends creativity with technical expertise to optimize workflows, deliver high-quality assets across channels, and help improve production efficiency at scale.Key Job ResponsibilitiesCreate merchandising and marketing campaigns that elevate Amazon's device brand across multiple online and offline channels.Collaborate with internal Amazon clients to define standards for different types of requests.Contribute to team knowledge of production best practices and explore technological solutions that improve workflows.Apply strong design principles that drive successful campaign execution.Communicate design rationale clearly and respectfully to stakeholders.Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.Build trust and credibility with peers and stakeholders.Basic QualificationsOnline portfolio or work samples demonstrating expertise in online marketing, retail merchandising, and production design.Bachelor's degree in design, or 3+ years of experience in online marketing, digital advertising, retail, or e-commerce design.Proficiency in design principles, typography, layout, and grid structures.High proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.Strong attention to detail and time management skills; ability to multitask and deliver against tight deadlines.Experience creating large-scale digital campaigns and working with templates/brand guidelines.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, and accept art direction and feedback professionally.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solid understanding of production design processes and workflows.Preferred QualificationsExperience with image-optimizing applications to create online user experiences.Passion for design systems and continuous improvement in design technologies and processes.Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, automation workflows, or machine learning applications that enhance production efficiency.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
