trusted advisor who balances safety excellence with operational demands.Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.Additional Job ElementsLift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.Work in an environment where the noise level varies.Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments).Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs).Those that do not have an adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross must obtain within 3 weeks of start date.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance managementExperience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environmentPreferred QualificationsDistribution Center or Manufacturing EHS experience with mix of exempt and non-exempt employees at a site of at least 250 peopleMaster's degreeExperience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organizationCertified Safety ProfessionalExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders.Ability to develop and implement department goals and strategiesStrong analytical skills compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.The base pay for this position ranges from $84,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,500/year in our highest
