Our Client Company is an industry of excellence, specializing in precision mechanical machining for the automotive and other industrial sectors.For an increase in the Engineering Department, we were commissioned to select theSenior Process & Industrialization ManagerThe resource, starting from the drawing provided by the Customers, must identify the correct process to be able to produce each individual product.He / she will have to collaborate daily with the production and the Workshop, contribute to the creation of the necessary equipment, the types of tools, work with the Process Engineering and define the preparatory set-up phase for production, with attention to cost engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess study and costification.Industrialization of new products.Process optimization of CNC machining (turning / milling).Time&Motion Analysis.RequirementsTechnical degree (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or similar).Solid experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.In-depth knowledge of CNC programming language, especially FANUC.Advanced knowledge of 3D CAD software : ZW3d, Visi, Autocad.Advanced knowledge of CAM software : ESPRIT.In-depth knowledge of IATF ***** and ISO **** quality standards.Strong skills in reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings.In-depth knowledge of tools and equipments for CNC Machines.Excellent knowledge of laboratory measurement systems.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; very good in English, written and spokenExcellent problem-solving skills and results oriented.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Location: province of Turin#J-*****-Ljbffr
