Dana è un leader mondiale nella fornitura di tecnologie di tenuta, trasmissione e gestione termica di alta ingegneria che migliorano l'efficienza e le prestazioni dei veicoli con sistemi di trasmissione sia tradizionali sia ad energia alternativa.Al servizio di tre mercati principali: autovetture, autocarri industriali e attrezzature off-highway, Dana fornisce ai produttori di apparecchiature originali mondiali e all'aftermarket il supporto per prodotti e servizi locali attraverso una rete di circa 100 stabilimenti di progettazione, produzione e distribuzione.Position summaryWe are looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer in Rivoli (TO).The candidate will support the Chief Engineer in coordinating the program execution according to the technical targets and is the direct interface with the Customer for the APQP engineering aspects.Main opportunities and challenges:Environment is very fast with technical and coordinating tasks in a global organization that provides visibility and recognition.Improve technology skills and competencies on high complexity powertrains.Be engaged with top automotive OEMs and acquire 360° vision on new products development for electrified vehicles.Main responsibilitiesReporting to Chief Engineer, leading the APQP engineering topics (DFMEA, SFMEA, SC/CC list, lessons learned implementation)Lead the integration in the design of the open points emerging from the APQP activities of other stakeholders (i.e. PFMEA, control plan) and coordinate other teams (i.e. FuSa, SW, GME) in integrating their deliverables in the design (i.e. CO- FMEDA, EoL testing).Support the approval process for the customer input requirements, coordinating with the System Requirements Engineer.Support the achievement of product quality readiness according to company processes and standards.Support the Technical Reviews Assessments of suppliers and sub-suppliers in collaboration with the Product Design Lead.Support in the DVP&R execution and reporting of test results, coordinating problem solving when needed.Collaborate with the Engineering Project Manager in the Risk Management process.Job position requirementsEducation: University bachelor's degreeProfessional backgroundExperience in similar roles in automotive, mobile or aeronautic companies.Experience in Electric Drive Unit design and developmentHard skills:Essential:fluent English-speaking skills and willingness to travelexperience in Electric Drive Unit design and developmentknowledge of automotive product development processesConsidered as a plus:Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platformsMaster's degree in engineering or MBA3+ years' experience in similar role in automotive, mobile or aeronautic companiesSoft skillsstrong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillswork globally in cross-functional teamscritical thinking and problem-solving skills"If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.In compliance with law obligations and GDPR, your application could be considered for further opportunities aligned with your profile#J-*****-Ljbffr
