Joining forces to build a sustainable futureWhat if you became a key player in turning today's challenges into tomorrow's opportunities?At REDEN, our ambition is clear : to place photovoltaic electricity and energy storage at the heart of the energy transition, building a truly sustainable future.REDEN : international reach, local rootsWith operations in 9 countries, REDEN is a major player in renewable energies, specializing in the production and storage of photovoltaic electricity.We combine technical expertise with respect for local communities to meet the energy challenges of tomorrow.REDEN : a unique mindsetBecause our team is our greatest asset, respect, inclusion, diversity, and talent recognition are integral to our corporate culture.Joining REDEN means joining a fast-growing, agile company, driven by an ambitious CSR policy, where people and collective commitment are at the heart of every success.In a simple, multicultural, and friendly environment, you'll be part of a passionate team united by the same goal : accelerating the energy transition and generating a positive impact on local communities.To support our growth, we are looking for a :HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (F / M)LONG TERM CONTRAT - ROMETo manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employeesCoordinate the full recruitment cycle from job description to candidate selection in link with headquartersConduct pre-qualification interviewsManage relationships with local managers and external recruitment agenciesOversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure smooth integration with the office managerTo ensure HR administrationManage employment contracts and social subjects in accordance with legal requirementsCoordinate payroll processing in collaboration with finance and external consultantsMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationProduce HR ReportsTo be the local HR for managers and employeeDeploy HR group policies and proceduresHandle communication with employees and with labor authoritiesManage employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary proceduresProvide guidance and support to managers on HR matters and best practicesPromote workplace diversity, inclusion, and a positive organizational cultureTo lead training, development, and performance managementServe as local contact for deployment of the training program for employees at all levelsSupport career development initiativesImplement talent retention strategies to reduce turnoverExpected skillsYou have at least 5 years' experience in Human Resources, in HR administration or in the social aspects of HR and you have a strong background in social law.You are at ease with figures and you already had an experience with payroll.You are independant enough to work in a small team with a manager in France and in an international context.You are fluent in Italien and English.Do you recognize yourself in this profile?Then applyTogether, we can turn your ambitions into reality.Join REDEN : give lasting meaning to your careerIf you'd like to learn more and speak with a team member, contact us on LinkedIn#J-*****-Ljbffr
