TXT e-Tech is looking for Project Engineers to join new digital projects focusing on software solutions, digital platforms, data-driven services, AI, digital twin technologies and web/mobile applications.The role is responsible for the planning, execution and control of digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality and requirements.The Project Engineer acts as a bridge between business, analysts and development teams, translating operational needs into concrete digital solutions and managing the entire project lifecycle.Main responsibilitiesProject ManagementPlan and manage digital projects end-to-end (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure).Define project scope, milestones, budget, timelines and KPIs.Manage risks, dependencies, change requests and priorities.Ensure the adoption of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies.Technical CoordinationAnalyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements (BRD, backlog).Coordinate software architectures, system integrations, data flows and interfaces.Collaborate with development teams and Data Analysts.Validate technical solutions against requirements and company standards.Stakeholder ManagementAct as a point of reference between business owners, development teams, Data Analysts, external suppliers and technology partners.Prepare and lead project status meetings, steering committees and design reviews.Clearly communicate project status, issues and corrective action.Quality & DeliveryEnsure the quality of digital solutions (testing, UAT, validation).Support production release and post-delivery phases.Ensure proper technical and operational documentation.Knowledge & ExperienceKnowledge of software and digital projects (web, mobile, cloud, data, AI).Basic experience with IT architectures, APIs, system integrations and data platforms.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban and/or Waterfall methodologies.Ability to read and contribute to technical documentation (SRS, SOW, roadmaps).Skills in planning and controlling timelines, costs and resources.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The profile is completed by good communication and negotiation skills, a strong focus on results, functional leadership and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, as well as a flair for innovation and continuous improvement.EducationBachelor's or master's degree in STEM disciplines.Why choose TXT GroupCareer opportunities in a fast-growing and profoundly changing company with young and international staff.Hybrid working mode.Training on business-related topics.Corporate benefits (health insurance, welfare, Ticket Restaurant, discounts as a group employee).Opportunity to collaborate with highly talented and passionate people in a highly professional development process.Contractual framework commensurate with the candidate's experience.The level of entry and remuneration will be commensurate with the actual experience and seniority gained.Position open to all applicants regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree ********.The company promotes equal opportunities and values diversity in all its forms.Hybrid#J-*****-Ljbffr
