STIGA is a leading European manufacturer and distributor of lawnmowers and power garden equipment, with over 90 years of experience in the market.We are consistently curious, conscious of trends, inspiring, and visionary – just like our customers.We are looking for aQuality Process Engineerto join ourLocal Quality Departmentfor asix months internshipin our HQ located in Castelfranco VenetoACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVES:Perform Quality Internal Audit;Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO ****:****;Management of customer claims;Promote Continuous Improvement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan and support the execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions;Ensure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranet;Monitor changesin ISO standards and customer-specific requirements;update the QMS accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance;Draft, revise, and verify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process owners;Analyse qualitydata and trends to detect root causes and identify areas for improvement;Support and participate in third-party audits and customer audits;Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and met;Support the Quality Team in enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency;Collaborate with the Quality Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiatives.Skills & qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:University degree (e.G.: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering);A Master and/orany other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.G.: qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt...);University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciated;A previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciated.KNOWLEDGE:A good knowledge of Quality Management is needed;A good knowledge of Quality Systems is required (ISO ****);Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan);Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is needed.LANGUAGES:Fluency in ItalianA good knowledge of English is highly recommendedMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Comfortable working in a complex, multinational environment;Proactive, assertive, and hands-on approach;Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities;Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.Reimbursement: €700 per month + free access to the company canteenCurious about our values?Explore them hereInterested candidates must send their applications with authorization under GDPR (EU Reg. ********).The recruitment process is open to candidates of all genders (D.Lgs. ********).
