Descrizione dell'aziendafondata in Lussemburgo, IL Cosmetics è un importante gruppo internazionale con 4 unità produttive in Europa.E' un formulatore e produttore riconosciuto a livello globale di make-up.In costante crescita, con l'obiettivo di offrire ai clienti l'eccellenza nel prodotto e nel servizio, viene ora ricercata una nuova figura da affiancare al team esistente presso il sito italiano di Romanengo.Descrizione del ruoloCerchiamo un Customer Service - Project Manager per la sede di Romanengo (CR).Proponiamo un ruolo a tempo pieno da svolgersi in sede.In questa sua mansione la nuova figura avrà laresponsabilità di rappresentare l'interazione dell'azienda con i propri clienti dimostrandosi capace di costruire relazioni positive e così giungere ad un alto livello di soddisfazione.S i occuperà inoltre di supportare efficacemente lo sviluppo dei nuovi progetti impegnandosi nel controllo e nel coordinamento dall'inizio alla conclusione, interfacciandosi con clienti e team interni per assicurare il rispetto delle tempistiche e degli standard qualitativi.QualificheOrientamento al cliente, empatia e attenzione alla qualità del servizioSpirito di iniziativa, precisione e flessibilitàPregressa esperienza di Customer service, preferibilmente in ambito cosmetico B2B, presso aziende mediamente strutturateConoscenza ed esperienza in project management per il coordinamento del lavoro in team e la supervisione dei progetti in tutte le diverse fasi.Ulteriori competenze utili includono abilità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli per garantire la soddisfazione del cliente e l'efficienza operativa.
