Job OverviewEssilorLuxottica offers a global platform for high-quality vision care products and iconic brands worldwide.Join our global community of over 190,000 dedicated employees in driving the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.Your RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and flexible Customer Service Senior with an international mindset to join our team as a manager.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving attitude, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and leadership.Main ResponsibilitiesManage quotations, order processing, and shipment coordination.Handle international export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.Monitoring and coordination of all phases: order processing, invoicing, shipping, export formalities, with priority management.Provide technical service support.Maintain direct contact with freight forwarders and logistics providers.Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.Flexibility to handle new tasks.Main RequirementsCommercial Technical Institute Diploma/Three-year degree.Fluency in English and at least one other European language (spoken and written).Previous experience of at least 10 years in a sales or customer service department with good knowledge of export operations.Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindset.Open-minded and internationally oriented.Ability to operate in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.Knowledge of the main IT and management tools.Knowledge and use of SAP.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion CommitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.We celebrate diversity and provide equal opportunities to all, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that makes us unique.#J-*****-Ljbffr
