Assistant Director of Finance - Hotellerie (Roma)La risorsa inserita si occuperà di:Preparare e pubblicare i ricavi giornalieri e i documenti bancari;Riconciliare i ricavi tra i sistemi e analizzare eventuali scostamenti;Gestire la piattaforma di approvvigionamento, inclusa l'approvazione dell'ordine di acquisto, fornire consulenza sulle prestazioni dei margini e caricare sulla piattaforma finanziaria;Riconciliare, rivedere e presentare l'IVA trimestrale e/o mensile;Elaborare previsioni solide sui flussi di cassa, assicurando attraverso la comunicazione con il team più ampio che tutte le entrate e le uscite vengano rilevate;Esaminare tutti i pagamenti e sottoporli al carico bancario e all'approvazione;Riconciliazioni bancarie complete;Preparare conti di gestione e bilanci mensili.Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati/e con esperienza pregressa di 3 - 4 anni proveniente dal settore alberghiero, comprensione delle procedure finanziarie e operative giornaliere, settimanali e mensili in un ambiente alberghiero o di ristorazione, ottimo utilizzo di Excel, sistemi di approvvigionamento di alimenti e bevande e sistemi Epos.Completano il profilo capacità di lavorare in team, ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving.Realtà di hospitality internazionale presente in tutta Europa.RAL commisurata alla seniority del profilo.Sede: Roma NordBuoni pasto e ottimo welfare aziendale.Full time.Settore: AltroRuolo: AltroSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesIndustriesManufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
