business growth and expansion goals.Drive talent acquisition strategies to support scaling operations and entry into new markets.Develop workforce planning and succession strategies for critical roles in a growing organization.Support organizational change initiatives, including new systems, processes, and cultural integration.Monitor employee engagement and implement programs that foster retention and high performance.Ensure compliance with local labor laws while harmonizing HR practices across multiple countries (Italy, France and Germany) with further expansion opportunities.Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to inform strategic decisions on growth and workforce optimization.Support with operational tasks.All members enjoyTwo working days per year volunteering for a dynamic and complex environments (ideally a combination of start-up and structured companies).Strong knowledge of Italian labour laws and employee relations practices.Proven experience in strategic HR management and business transformation.Ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.Ability to operate with agility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.Ability to work independently, without the support of a local HR team.Fluent in Italian and
