About the CompanyAsia Pulp & Paper (APP) invites you to be part of our dynamic growth in Europe.As one of the world's largest integrated pulp and paper companies, with over 100,000 employees worldwide, APP delivers quality products to more than 150 countries through world-class manufacturing and a robust international sales network.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Folding Carton (Folding Box Board / FBB) and Food Packaging Board commercial activities across Italy.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader with strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and a solid network within the printing, converting, and packaging merchant sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the sales strategy for Folding Box Board (FBB) and food packaging grades within ItalyDrive revenue growth across key accounts and strategic customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with printers, carton converters, and merchants/distributorsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in adjacent segments (e.g., FMCG, food service packaging)Lead pricing, volume, and service-level negotiationsMonitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developmentsCollaborate with regional and global APP teams to ensure best-in-class customer supportProvide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadershipRequirementsMinimum 4-6 years of sales experience in paperboard, folding carton, packaging board, or related packaging materialsEstablished network of customers in Italy, especially within converting, printing, and food packagingStrong understanding of EU food-contact packaging regulationsProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and account management skillsSelf-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel regularly across ItalyFluency in Italian and EnglishBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Engineering, or a related field preferredWhy Join APP?Join a global leader committed to innovation, performance, and sustainability.Learn more about our Sustainability Roadmap Vision **** and be part of a team shaping the future of sustainable fibre-based packaging.Apply now to become a key contributor to our European commercial growth and help deliver next-generation packaging solutions.Please note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#hiring #salesmanager #FBB #foldingboxboard #packaging #Italy #APPGroup #packagingindustry #commercialroles #careeropportunity#J-*****-Ljbffr
