OverviewProcurement Analyst | Bidding & Project Start-upWebuild is looking for aBidding Support & Project Start up Specialistfor itsMilanoffice to join the Global Supply Chain Department.Key responsibilitiesOffer Study Phase:Identify, under the supervision of the Head of Bidding Support & Project Start-up, suppliers and contractors to be involved in market analyses required to define offer estimates, in alignment with the Vendor strategy;Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in coordination with Technical, Regional Procurement, and Global Commodity teams;Support the Head of Bidding Support & Project Start-up in defining, negotiating, and managing pre-bid agreements with strategic suppliers, partners e relevant stakeholdersAnalyze and evaluate supplier offers, coordinate technical reviews, and prepare summary tables and recommendations for management approval.Operational Unit Start-up Phase:Support the preparation of procurement budgets and the offer reorder process, coordinating with Regional Procurement Managers, and Global Commodity Managers to verify and update procurement cost assumptions and awarding/subcontracting strategies;Define supplier lists in agreement with Regional Procurement Managers, Global Commodity Managers, and Vendor Management;Lead initial commercial and contractual negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and lead-time targets;Draft contractual terms and purchase order conditions in coordination with Legal, Contract, and Project teams.Key skills and qualifications2–3 years of experience in multinational contexts;Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics;Expertise in market analysis, benchmarking, negotiation, supplier management, and cost driver analysis;Knowledge of contractual matters and civil engineering fundamentals;Proficient in MS Office, SAP MM, and Business Intelligence tools;Strong organizational abilities;Result-oriented mindset;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Availability to travel to sites and joint ventures.#J-*****-Ljbffr
