Location:London or Milan (relocation support available) Type:Full-timeAbout Shop CircleShop Circle is the leading AI-powered B2B operator, serving 120,000+ customers globally.With $100M+ in capital raised, we acquire, integrate, and scale category-defining software companies, reshaping the future of enterprise software.We're on a mission to redefine what it means to operate software businesses at scale.To do that, we're looking for a high-impact GTM Lead ready to build and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple standalone products and regions - with a direct line to revenue and scalable growth.What You'll DoAs GTM Lead, you'll be a key driver of growth across our global software portfolio.You'll design playbooks, optimise sales performance, and work closely with founders, GMs, and AEs to unlock revenue and retention opportunities.You will focus on Shop Circle's sales-led growth products rather than the product-led portfolio.You will:Build and operationalize scalable GTM playbooks and processes for standalone business units (BUs)Support BUs in market discovery and international expansion, identifying high-potential verticals and entry pointsCoach and monitor key AEs across BUs to boost performance, pipeline velocity, and close ratesGuide BUs on enterprise pricing discovery and retention strategies to improve net revenue retentionLeverage Shop Circle's global network to facilitate strategic intros and warm leadsIdentify and convert high-value prospects using Shop Circle's brand, data, and resourcesDevelop cross-sell and bundling strategies to drive LTV and improve customer stickinessCollaborate with GMs to accelerate GTM execution across multiple brands and geographies- Drive strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives from planning to executionTravel frequently across Europe and internationally to support execution and partner developmentWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience in GTM, commercial strategy, enterprise sales, or business developmentProven success building and scaling repeatable GTM strategies from scratchStrong understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystemExperience operating across multiple brands or product linesStrong commercial instincts and ability to drive outcomes independentlyExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsMultilingual is a plusExperience in commerce or retail software is a plusWillingness to travel frequently across Europe and be based in London or Milan (relocation support available)Why Join Shop Circle?Own your impact:Shape how software companies go to market and scale globallyBuild to scale:Create the GTM systems and playbooks that drive revenue across brandsGo global:Work across international markets and product lines from day oneShape the future:Collaborate with top operators and investors at the intersection of AI and SaaSExperience Italy:For those relocating, enjoy a vibrant lifestyle and high quality of life - with full support from our teamReady to scale something big?Apply now and help build the future of B2B software
