Nuova PSC Srl è alla ricerca di un Project Manager con funzioni anche di Direttore Tecnico di Cantiere, da inserire nel team operativo per un importante progetto infrastrutturale ferroviario nella città di Brindisi.Responsabilità principaliDirezione tecnica del cantiere e coordinamento delle attività operative.Gestione del rapporto con la Stazione Appaltante, Direzione Lavori e soggetti coinvolti (subappaltatori, fornitori, enti).Pianificazione, monitoraggio e controllo dell'avanzamento lavori.Gestione tecnica, economica e contrattuale della commessa.Verifica della conformità alle normative e supervisione della sicurezza.Predisposizione della documentazione tecnica, SAL, varianti e reportistica.Coordinamento del personale tecnico e operativo.Garanzia del rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi.Requisiti richiestiLaurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile, Trasporti o equivalente.Esperienza consolidata come Project Manager Direttore e/o Tecnico di Cantiere in opere ferroviarie o infrastrutturali complesse.Ottima conoscenza delle normative ferroviarie e delle procedure tecnico-amministrative.Capacità di gestione dei rapporti con la Stazione Appaltante.Competenze nella gestione contrattuale, programmazione e controllo dei costi.Leadership, problem solving e capacità di coordinamento di team multidisciplinari.Disponibilità a operare stabilmente sul cantiere di Brindisi.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un progetto infrastrutturale di grande rilevanza.Ruolo di responsabilità con ampia autonomia operativa.Contratto e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza.Ingresso previsto in azienda: 1 febbraio ****.#J-*****-Ljbffr
