A., embodies the essence of Authentic Italian Vacanza within the upper-upscale segment.With 17 owned properties across Sicily and Sardinia—including 2 city hotels, 10 four- and five-star resorts, and 5 clubs—Mangia's offers guests immersive and memorable stays that celebrate Italian heritage, nature, and lifestyle.Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.Job descriptionWe are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort at Mangia's Brucoli Sicily Autograph Collection for the upcoming **** season.The role involves organizing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Plans housekeeping operations based on occupancy and service needsSupervises housekeeping team and ensures quality and efficiencyMonitors room readiness and cleanliness standards across all areasCoordinates with Front Office and Maintenance for timely interventionsManages inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning suppliesParticipates in recruitment, training, and performance evaluationsImplements hygiene protocols and ensures compliance with safety standardsLeads department meetings and collaborates with other teamsControls costs and monitors departmental budget and productivityReviews operational reports and guest feedbackWorks toward guest satisfaction targets and cleanliness review scores Requirements:Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotelsStrong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standardsFamiliarity with property management systems and housekeeping softwareLeadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a teamExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plusAttention to detail and commitment to excellence What we offer:Type of contract: seasonalAccommodation availableMeals providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses
