Do you want to build a better future?About Enfinity GlobalEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 400 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global seeks an MV/HV Engineer Manager in Madrid to oversee MV and HV components, designs and specs of renewable energy projects, mainly solar PV and battery storage projects.Responsibilities include support and management of MV/HV design team from the development stage to commissioning.Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, 8+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish or Italian is a plus).Key responsibilities:Design Development:Develop conceptual designs for substations and interconnections.Permitting and Procurement Support:Manage preliminary studies, coordinate engineering consultants, and support the procurement team in responding to bidders during the RFP process.Commissioning Support:Provide on-site commissioning support, punch list development, and performance testing plans.RequirementsQualifications:Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field8+ years of professional experience in generation interconnection design, development, construction, and analysisJob-site safety certification is desirableExcellent communication, task management, and planning skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in AutoCAD and valuable ETAPAdvanced level of EnglishKnowledge of Medium and High Voltage standards and codes, including interconnection.Valuable MV/HV knowledge in the Italian market, Terna and ENEL CodesIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values to discover more about our culture and values.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
