Drivaliaprovides a wide range of services with attractive solutions and competitive rates: rental for all durations, innovative car subscription and electric car sharing.Drivalia is now active in 16 European countries: Italy, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Portugal, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Finland, Nederland, Belgium, Ireland, Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden and Germany with 800 Mobility Stores in Europe and more than 1,900 owned charging stations and fleet of 200,000 cars.We are searching for aNetwork Electrification Senior Specialist, reporting directly to the Manager Network Development & Electrification for Drivalia HQ and Italy.The candidate will support the development and management of Drivalia's charging network in Italy and across Europe.She/He will contribute to the expansion and efficiency of the infrastructure in line with company goals, playing an active role in the transition towards electric mobility.Main responsibilitiesCoordinate the installation of Drivalia charging stations in Italy and Europe, ensuring quality, timelines and compliance with standards.Identify and manage suppliers and partners for the installation, maintenance and expansion of thecharging network, including through tender procedures.Identify new network development opportunities, including partnerships with large-scale retail groups, companies and public or private entities.Monitor and analyse network performance using CPMS (Charge Point Management System) platforms to optimize consumption and delivered kWh.Develop strategiesto increase network usage and revenue (e.G., roaming agreements, additional services).Manage and improve processes related to cost control and profitability of electrification activities.Integrate charging systems with Drivalia's car rental and fleet management platforms to enable real-time billing of customers' energy consumption.Collaborate with the Sales Department to create combined offers (rental plus charging).Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Customer Care, ICT) and with teams in other European countries.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.RequirementsMaster's degree in engineering, energy or related fields.Proven experience in theelectric mobility, energy or technological infrastructure sectors.Operational knowledge of CPMS systems and charging network management.Strongproject managementand supplier management skills.Aptitude for continuous improvement and complex problem solving.Strong customer focus and strategic mindset.Fluent inEnglish, knowledge of French is a plus.Availability for national and European travel.
