able to work with HR process owners, IT and senior stakeholders.Technical fluency for validation and troubleshooting (Workday report writer / Calculated Fields, basic SQL / data query skills; comfortable reading XML / JSON).Good understanding of data privacy (GDPR), role-based access control and auditability in HR systems.Structured problem solver, pragmatic, delivery focused, able to balance BAU support with strategic enhancements and to prioritize effectively across competing requests.Fluent in English;
