We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing function and support business growth.The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of proven experience in the role, combines strategic vision with strong execution skills, and is able to manage the entire marketing funnel—from brand positioning to acquisition, activation, and retention.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays a key role in defining and scaling the marketing strategy across multiple market s.Responsibilities:Define and implement Qapla's brand positioning strategy across Italy, Spain, and EuropeOptimize acquisition strategies across both inbound (Enterprise/Big Accounts) and self-service (SMB) channels, organic and paidLead and coordinate the marketing team consisting of 2 people (Marketing Specialist, SEO Strategist)Manage external agencies for campaigns and other marketing activitiesBuild and optimize lead generation and nurturing funnelsExperiment with new channels, approaches, and technologies (AI, automation, agents)Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI, delivering regular reports to managementRequirements:3–5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Marketing Manager roles, preferably within Saa S companies. Experience in the e Commerce sector. Fluent proficiency in Italian and English. Proven experience in defining and executing Go-To-Market strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies. Solid knowledge of performance marketing platforms. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (knowledge of Zoho, Hub Spot, and GA4 will be considered a plus). Advanced use of AI tools, agents, and workflow automation.
