Alpina S.p.A., storica società italiana leader nell'ingegneria civile, sta potenziando il suo BID Team.Il/la candidato/a prescelto lavorerà in un ambiente di lavoro stimolante per gli elevati contenuti e standard qualitativi, per l'interdisciplinarietà e l'internazionalità dei progetti.Principali mansioni richiesteLa mansione prevista è quella di BID Specialist che sarà inserito/a all'interno del BID Team.L'attività attesa, in affiancamento al BID Office Manager, è riconducibile a:Preparazione documentazione per la partecipazione a gare pubbliche e privateLettura dei disciplinari di gara selezionati e compilazione delle schede di garaInterfaccia e coordinamento interno al fine della raccolta delle informazioni per la garaInterfaccia e coordinamento con partners per la compilazione e la raccolta delle informazioni amministrative necessarie alla partecipazioneRaccolta e archivio della documentazione di gara e amministrativaGestione archivio gareControllo documentaleCaricamento della documentazione di gara sui portali dei clientiRequisiti obbligatoriConoscenza pacchetto office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e utilizzo piattaforma di collaborazione TeamsConoscenza base del Codice AppaltiConoscenza del funzionamento delle piattaforme di gestione delle gareRequisiti preferenzialiPregressa esperienza in appalti pubblici in società di ingegneriaConoscenza di inglese e franceseLaurea magistrale in ambito STEMSoft skillProattività e motivazioneCapacità di organizzare il proprio lavoro in relativa autonomiaCapacità di lavorare per prioritàSaranno prese in considerazione anche candidature di persone appartenenti al collocamento mirato.Varie:Possibilità di usufruire della foresteria aziendale sita in MilanoSede di lavoro: MilanoSmart Working:SI (3 gg in sede, 2 in smart working)Scrivere a:Oggetto:CV 09_25 – BID Specialist
