Overview Purchasing Coordinator reporting to the Global Sourcing Manager, responsible for execution and management of purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing and procurement practices, while maintaining strong, strategic, and compliant supplier relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a purchasing team (currently 7 members).Translate strategic goals into actionable team objectives.Monitor and assess team performance based on cultural behaviors and achievements of KPIs in sustainability, total cost of ownership (TCO), delivery, quality and financials.Simplify supply chains, rationalise supplier base, standardise components, drive innovation and challenge the status quo.Manage global suppliers, support new projects, negotiate contracts, pricing and terms, and support IT system integration and cross-functional process alignment.Analyse product specifications to define sourcing strategies, ensure procurement aligns with forecasts, service plans and new product development, and develop suppliers to meet evolving standards and regulations.QualificationsStrong experience in procurement and supplier management.Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.Experience in managing and developing work teams.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Excellent skills in reading technical drawings.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Bonus: Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Project.Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal).Exceptional communication, relationship-building and negotiation abilities.A strategic and creative approach with ownership and focus on continuous improvement.Expertise in contract management and ability to train others on new systems and processes.Ability to connect and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.Salary PackageThe salary will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience; excellent career prospects within the international group.LocationTurin areaAccording to current legislation, the job offer is intended for both sexes (L. ******).The data will be processed and kept exclusively for present and future selection purposes, guaranteeing the rights set out in art. 7 and 13 of Legislative Decree ******** on the Protection of Privacy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
