A leading global company in the plastic industry is seeking a Global Product Quality Manager.Are you a driven quality expert looking for an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment?Responsable for ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirementsProvide advice on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locallySupport Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activitiesSupport in the definition and adequate execution of test methodsEnsure that all internal and external non-conformities are tracked in the Group's Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the PlantsSupport the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non-conformities (CAPA Plan)Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspectsGood knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysisGood project management skillsAvailability to travel up to 50% of the time.Good knowledge of EnglishBachelor's degree or higher in scientific subjectsUpon sending their application, the candidate grants specific consent to the processing of personal data, in accordance with current legislation on privacy.Our company is an equal employment opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
