THE ROLE Off-White is looking for a Collection Merchandising Intern to join the Menswear & Kidswear Merchandising department. In this role, you will support the Merchandising team in overseeing the business by analyzing data across the collections to identify market opportunities for the brand.Please note that this is a curricular, unpaid internship. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are currently enrolled at a university and eligible for a curricular internship.WHAT YOU WILL DOAssist in the creation of documents, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis related to sales performance, product mix, and market trends.Take part in the sell-in campaign, supporting all related activities including showroom setup, sales tools preparation, and collection tracking.Contribute to sell-in and sell-out reporting, helping identify key strengths and weaknesses of current and past collections across markets.Assist in the follow-up of the collection plan, monitoring its progress and alignment with business goals.Conduct market and competitor research, analyzing product and pricing positioning across regions, with the goal of keeping the team continuously informed and updated.Collaborate proactively with multiple departments such as Product Development, Design, Wholesale, and Marketing, ensuring alignment and smooth flow of information throughout the merchandising process.WHO YOU AREEducational background preferably in business management or similarPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury fashion brand, is a plusExcellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical skills with the ability to work well under pressureFluent in spoken and written Italian and English (this will be tested in the interview process)Good knowledge of the market and competitors
