AYES, multinazionale attiva nella consulenza ingegneristica e tecnologica, è alla ricerca di un/una International HR & Recruiter da inserire presso la sede di Milano, con un ruolo interamente dedicato alle attività per l'estero (AYES UK).La risorsa lavorerà quotidianamente in un contesto internazionale: tutte le attività operative e comunicazioni scritte saranno gestite in lingua inglese.Il ruoloEntrerai a far parte di un team HR dinamico e in continua evoluzione, contribuendo attivamente a:Ricerca e selezione di profili qualificati (ambito ingegneristico e corporate) per il mercato UK;Screening dei CV e gestione dei contatti con i candidati, principalmente tramite LinkedIn;Organizzazione e pianificazione dei colloqui in collaborazione con il management estero;Supporto alle attività contrattuali, amministrative e di reportistica HR;Comunicazione costante con stakeholder internazionali.Cosa cerchiamo in teLaurea in Lingue, Relazioni Internazionali, Mediazione Linguistica, Comunicazione o Gestione delle Risorse Umane;Conoscenza perfetta della lingua inglese (livello C1/C2 o madrelingua);Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale in inglese;La conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere sarà considerata un plus.Soft skills che apprezziamoAttitudine al problem solving;Spirito di iniziativa e proattività;Ambizione e desiderio di crescita professionale in un contesto internazionale;Curiosità, flessibilità e apertura all'apprendimento continuo.Cosa offriamoUn ambiente di lavoro internazionale, dinamico e inclusivo, dove le idee diventano progetti concreti;Un team collaborativo e informale, orientato al supporto e alla valorizzazione delle persone;Un percorso di crescita strutturato, con affiancamento costante da parte di colleghi esperti;Un'esperienza altamente formativa con esposizione diretta al mercato estero.Sede di lavoro: Milano (attività svolta interamente per l'estero)Contratto: Stage extracurriculare con finalità di assunzioneSAY YES, SAY AYES
