Job OverviewAECOM is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join the Building & Places Team.The role focuses on large-scale real estate and civil infrastructure projects, providing opportunities to work on diverse, technically challenging tasks while collaborating with senior professionals.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of project drawings and technical documentation.Coordination with other disciplines (architecture, MEP, BIM) to ensure documentation consistency.Assisting with project coordination and supporting multiple projects under the guidance of senior engineers.Helping with document management and organizing project deliverables.Supporting feasibility studies and design development for project proposals.Assisting with client meetings.Supporting quality checks on deliverables and assisting with project quality control processes.Providing general support for business development activities, including proposal preparation.Qualifications2-4 years' experience in a consulting/engineering company.Fluent in Italian and English; other European language proficiency will be a plus.Experience in civil engineering design Industrial/Light industrial, Logistics, and Buildings business would be an asset.Motivation, initiative, and organizational skills to work effectively in a busy multi-disciplinary environment.Flexibility to promptly respond to the changing demands of projects and programs.Goal-oriented with good communication skills, both verbal and digital ability to produce and understand written reports without consistent revisions.Ability to maintain good records of site-based activities.Reasonable flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally to conduct site visits.Understanding of building construction techniques.Knowledge and understanding of Italian Construction codes.Construction site experience will be a plus.Capability to work with BIM/2D Civil/Architectural software (Revit, AutoCad, Civil3D, etc.) and good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and Project.BenefitsCompetitive salary and exclusive benefits, including hybrid work, meal vouchers, welfare program, gym memberships, health insurance, laptop, smartphone, employee assistance program, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, and a pension savings plan.Central location in the heart of Milan with easy access to all city conveniences.Flexible work options to help maintain an optimal work-life balance.Public transport allowances to cover daily commute costs.Culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion in welcoming workplaces; AECOM Italy has obtained gender equality certification.Professional growth and development programs to help you achieve your career goals.This offer is open to all genders in compliance with legislative decree ********, and to people of all ages and nationalities according to legislative decrees ****** and ******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
