Direct message the job poster from PES GroupSales & Recruiter Coordinator presso PES EngineeringPES Group was founded in **** as an industrial engineering, construction, and maintenance company.Over the years, the company has successfully combined technical expertise in project development and service management at an international level, mainly in the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy (Geothermal and Wind), Petrochemical, and Automotive sectors.Currently, PES Group has eight offices in Italy: its headquarters in Rosignano Solvay (LI), Livorno, San Donato Milanese, Florence, Rome, Bari, Vibo Marina (VV), and Gela.It also has a presence in three countries abroad (the United Kingdom, Romania, and Aue).Join us on a unique journey where you can be part of a team working on exciting projects with a strong focus on innovation and technological development.If you share our passion for technological challenges and are ready to develop your skills to tackle tomorrow's projects, this could be the right opportunity for you.Report to Project Manager, candidate to manage and coordinate the procurement of equipment, materials, instrumentation, pipes and services in support of subsea piping scheme for oil and gas projects, while ensuring timely delivery through efficient expediting and supplier coordination.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineering, project management, and planning teams to determine procurement needs and timelines.Evaluate Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with project specifications, standards, and budget.Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery.Maintain accurate procurement documentation and tracking centralized systems.Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and client-specific procurement procedures.Maintain supplier performance records and manage Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs).Monitor the status of POs to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.Liaise with suppliers to obtain status updates, production schedules, and delivery timelines.Identify potential delays and implement mitigation measures, including escalation to management.Perform shop visits or third-party expediting as needed (in-person or remotely).Maintain expediting reports and dashboards for internal and client reporting.Ensure receipt of all vendor documentation including inspection reports, material certificates, and manuals.Track and update project procurement and delivery schedules.Prepare weekly and monthly procurement status reports for project teams and clients.Understanding of INCOTERMS, logistics, and international shipping.Knowledge of QA/QC and material certification processes.Time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiar with oil & gas codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, etc.).QualificationsStrong experience in procurement, expediting, and documentation within the oil & gas or related industry.Proficiency in negotiation and vendor management.Working knowledge of INCOTERMS, logistics, and international shipping.Knowledge of QA/QC and material certification processes.Familiarity with oil & gas codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, etc.).Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob FunctionEngineering Services, Oil and Gas, and Outsourcing and Offshoring ConsultingGet notified about new Procurement Coordinator jobs inMilan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
