Consulting SAP SCM Consultant Professional MILANO, IT IBMBolognaEUR ***************Senior SAP SCM A career in IBM Consulting is rooted by long-term relationships and close collaboration with clients across the globe.You'll work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable companies in the world.Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio.Responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation of SAP HANA SCM and TM packages for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants, including code reviews, design reviews, and training.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, configure, and customize SAP HANA SCM and TM modules.Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.Conduct gap analysis between client's current systems and target SAP HANA SCM/TM systems, and recommend solutions.Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP HANA technology and SAP SCM/APO/IBP solutions.Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.Required Education Bachelor's DegreePreferred Education Master's DegreeRequired Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.An advanced degree would be an asset.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in SAP HANA SCM and SCM, PP, APO, IBP.Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, including its architecture, functionality, and best practices.Proven experience in SAP SCM and SCM, PP, APO, IBP implementations.Excellent understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, including transportation planning and execution.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.Other Relevant Job Details IBM wants you to bring your whole self to work and for you this might mean the ability to work flexibly.If you are interested in a flexible working pattern, please talk to our recruitment team to find out if this is possible in the current working environment.Job ID: *****Work arrangement: HybridArea of work: ConsultingEmployment type: RegularPosition type: ProfessionalUp to 60% or 3 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)Company: Shift – General (daytime)IBM is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, pregnancy, disability, neurodivergence, age, or other characteristics protected by the applicable law.IBM is also committed to compliance with all fair employment practices regarding citizenship and immigration status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
