Novogene is a leading global provider of genomic services and solutions.Leveraging the latest next-generation sequencing (NGS), bioinformatics expertise, and the largest sequencing capacity in the world, Novogene provides unsurpassed data quality and fast turnaround time to all our customers.We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support covering Southern Europe.This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and excellent NGS background.You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.Location: Remote (Ideally at Florence, Rome or Napoli)Job descriptions:Responsible for communicating with sales teams to promote the transformation of business opportunities, completing quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.Responsible for timely communication with customers to solve pre-sales problems and providing customers with solutions when necessary.Support the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.Support dynamic research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industrial science and technologies.Business travel when required to support client meetings and Company eventsSupport other business requirements when needed.Your skills and experience:Ph D. / M.
