Sr Manager, Product Mgr Tech, Denied Party Screening, AWS Compliance & Security AssuranceWe're looking for a proven Senior Manager, PM-T to lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, innovation and execution of one or more products that keeps Amazon business compliant with Sanctions laws.Our ideal candidate will have a deep product management background, experience in owning products with high impact and defining short and long-term product strategy and vision.Our ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking.Our ideal candidate should drive strategic communications across organizations providing clarity in decisions and understand the product and software life cycle to drive teams towards business solutions.Key job responsibilitiesOwn the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements to shape and invent our product offering.Work backwards from the customers and set multi-year product vision.Establish product strategy, goals and investment plans.Oversee product development, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, and launch efforts.Work closely with engineering, design, Machine learning science, and Operations in an agile environment to deliver products to customer.Influence stakeholders and senior leaders through strong written communication skills.A day in the lifeOur mission is to prevent sanctioned entities from transacting with Amazon businesses.We build real-time screening platform to detect and prevent prohibited transactions with the sanctioned entities using a complex custom-built matching algorithms leveraging machine learning.We screen over a billion events every day, integrate with Tier 1 systems, deal with unique scaling challenges and help Amazon stay compliant with sanctions and compliance laws.We are still day 1 and have an exciting road map to build ML powered detection and resolution framework to help scale Amazon for years to come.About
