Eplan is a leading German multinational company, develops and markets software solutions in the fields of electrical engineering, automation and mechatronics and advises customers in optimizing their engineering processes in the automotive, energy, machinery, food & beverage, and packaging markets.The company is part of the Friedhelm Loh Group, an internationally successful family business with more than 12 production plants, more than 90 subsidiaries and more than 11,600 employees.We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for the indicated area.The position requires good technical and management experience and the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Your responsibilitiesAs a Trainer/Application Engineer, you play a key role within EPLAN.You combine in-depth technical knowledge with extensive experience and have the skills needed to organise and deliver the Eplan portfolio solutions to our customers.You will provide training requirements on the use of the solutions offered by EPLAN.The trainer is responsible for planning and delivering weekly core online training seminars and, on request, delivering customer-specific trainings onsite.They are also responsible for maintaining technical documentation and virtual environments, managing certificates and customer feedback.Finally, they actively support the Technical Business Manager in business development.RequirementsExpertise in the electrical control panel manufacturing industry, system integration, or process control and instrumentation industry.Preferred profile with at least 5 years' experience as an Electrical / Automation engineer.A few years of (user) experience with EPLAN applications or other ECAD is definitely a plus, but you will also be given time to go through a tailormade onboarding process.Proficiency in using Microsoft operating systems and MS-Office products.Strong team-worker with interfaces to sales and technical colleagues.Pro-active and innovative attitude, self-motivated, results-oriented.Effective communication, presentation, networking, and people skills.You have great communication, listening and presentation skills above average and you can fluently speak Italian and English.Our offerA working environment that gives you plenty of room to develop your talents and take your own initiatives.You enjoy the full support of a value-driven and financially solid organisation and the respect of a customer base that is positive towards our software and services.You will become part of a strong and young team and of a motivating work environment.On top of that we offer a competitive salary, attractive benefits to support a healthy work-life balance.If you are interested in this position, apply on LinkedInApplication Engineer • Pioltello, Lombardy, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
